Community Guidelines / Player Code of Conduct

1. Be Respectful

Treat other users, club staff, coaches, affiliates, LoveSport personnel, and venue personnel with respect.

The following are prohibited:

• Harassment, stalking, intimidation, threats, bullying, or coercion;
• Hate speech, antisemitic conduct, racist conduct, anti-religious harassment, discriminatory conduct, or other conduct targeting a person or group based on a protected characteristic;
• Sexual harassment, unwanted sexual conduct, sexually aggressive behavior, or repeated romantic or sexual pressure after someone has indicated they are not interested;
• Extortion, blackmail, or intimidation;
• Violence, threats of violence, or encouragement of unlawful harm;
• Repeated unwanted contact, follow-up, monitoring, or off-platform pursuit after another person has indicated that they do not want further contact; and
• Touching, grabbing, blocking, cornering, or otherwise making unwanted physical contact with another person.

2. Keep Communication Appropriate

Use in-app chat and other LoveSport communication features only for legitimate booking, match, group, event, and coordination purposes.

Do not use LoveSport communications for:

• Spam, scams, phishing, or fraud;
• Repeated unwanted contact;
• Misleading or deceptive communications;
• Unlawful solicitation;
• Unsolicited commercial messages, repeated promotions, recruiting messages, or other unwanted business solicitations unrelated to legitimate use of the Services; or
• Abusive, threatening, hateful, or sexually explicit messages.

3. Respect Clubs, Facilities, and Real-World Rules

Follow club rules, facility rules, local laws, staff instructions, posted safety requirements, and applicable dress codes.

Do not:

• Trespass, damage property, or misuse club facilities or equipment;
• Enter restricted areas or remain on the premises without permission;
• Interfere with staff, operations, events, lessons, clinics, or other users' bookings;
• Bring prohibited or dangerous items to a club, facility, lesson, clinic, event, or match;
• Attend or participate while impaired in a way that creates a safety risk to yourself or others; or
• Appear shirtless or otherwise dressed in a manner that is inappropriate, disruptive, or inconsistent with posted club requirements.

4. Use LoveSport Honestly

Use LoveSport fairly and in good faith.

Do not:

• Create fake accounts, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your identity;
• Falsify scores, rankings, activity, attendance, or eligibility;
• Abuse referral programs, credits, promotions, memberships, bookings, or platform benefits;
• Evade a warning, suspension, restriction, block, or ban by creating a new account, using another person's account, or otherwise attempting to bypass LoveSport's safety, moderation, or account controls; or
• Misrepresent your skill level, intentions, or participation in order to manipulate users, clubs, or the platform.

5. Use Bookings and Payments Properly

Do not abuse bookings, cancellations, no-show claims, disputes, refunds, credits, memberships, or promotional offers.

Do not:

• Make reservations or registrations without a genuine intent to attend or participate;
• Submit false complaints, false refund requests, false chargebacks, or false no-show claims;
• Misuse payment methods, discounts, or promotional credits; or
• Use LoveSport in a way that creates fraud, payment disputes, or avoids legitimate club or platform charges.

6. Respect Privacy and Personal Boundaries

Respect other people's privacy and boundaries.

Do not:

• Share, post, request, or distribute another person's private information without permission;
• Pressure another user or staff member to provide personal contact details, home address, payment details, or other sensitive information;
• Use information learned through LoveSport to harass, threaten, track, or exploit another person; or
• Photograph, record, livestream, or otherwise capture another person in a private, sensitive, or inappropriate setting without their consent, including in locker rooms, restrooms, or changing areas.

7. Do Not Misuse the Platform or Content

Users may upload or transmit only content that is appropriate for the Services and lawful.

The following are prohibited:

• Unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or exploitative content;
• Pornographic or sexually explicit content;
• Violent, threatening, hateful, or graphic content;
• Malicious code, malware, or attempts to compromise the platform; and
• Content or behavior intended to deceive, exploit, defraud, or manipulate users, clubs, or LoveSport.

8. Report Problems and Cooperate

Promptly report safety issues, harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation, venue misconduct, or other misuse through LoveSport reporting channels.

When requested, cooperate reasonably with LoveSport's review of a report by providing truthful information and relevant evidence.

Do not knowingly submit false, misleading, retaliatory, or bad-faith reports. Do not retaliate against any person for reporting misconduct, participating in a review, or cooperating in a safety or conduct investigation.

9. Enforcement

LoveSport may investigate suspected violations of these Community Guidelines and take action it considers appropriate, including:

• Warning;
• Content removal;
• Limiting features or communications;
• Canceling or restricting bookings, groups, memberships, or event access;
• Temporary suspension;
• Permanent suspension;
• Account termination;
• Referral to clubs or facilities where relevant;
• Referral to payment processors where relevant; or
• Referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

LoveSport may act based on conduct on the Services or related off-platform conduct connected to LoveSport use.

10. Use Good Judgment

LoveSport is designed to support respectful and enjoyable participation in racquet sports. Users are responsible for using good judgment when interacting with others, traveling to venues, participating in activities, and communicating on or off the platform.
